市場的蓮藕常常長得醜醜,看了也不敢買,不過自從有一次看到朋友煮蓮藕湯,看起來很不錯,所以鼓起勇氣,也買了蓮藕來煮湯。通常,買東西要在盛產期買,就是市場堆了一堆,價錢又便宜的時候,那天蓮藕剛好就是這光景,所以蠻新鮮的。
排骨過沸水去血水,先用壓力鍋煮爛。加入蓮藕,金針,紅棗再燜一下。後三樣很容易爛,所以不需要太長時間。記得加鹽調味。
