新鮮水果甜湯

I tried to use the fresh fruit to make the sweet soup in May when we had a lot of 枇杷 on the tree, and we needed to find a way to consume them. Plus, many of our family members were coughing at that time, and 枇杷 and honey are a good combination to stop coughing.

水果切片或丁,過鹽水後煮熟(水開後稍微煮一下,不要太軟)。加入honey調味。涼後, 也可以加點西米。

最近,沒枇杷了,所以我切apple, white peach, mango, cheery入甜湯,也獲得3位男士的好評。
