煎魚

這張是Hee照的美味煎魚。

先用酒,鹽,pepper醃一下, 擦乾再下鍋。
鍋熱,油少,火先大一下下再轉中。

芹菜豆腐乾炒肉末

芹菜,豆腐乾,肉末加點蔥和蒜炒一炒。

我是在Ranch99買的中國芹菜,有很好的根,把下半段的根和莖切掉,種在土裡,幾天就開始長葉子了。

紅豆湯

Just cooked a pot of yummy 紅豆湯, so I need to write down the recipe before I forget how to cook it.

1. Red bean + water: boil, turn off the heat, 悶30分
2. Turn on the heat again, after boiling, turn the heat to the minimum and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
3. Add sugar and little salt, 再悶一下。

Right now, kids are eating the 紅豆湯, and Ha was asking why I didn't put in 湯圓?Therefore, tomorrow morning, I am going to cook the 湯圓 and put them in the 紅豆湯 as part of our breakfast.

豬排for kids

Ha doesn't like to eat big piece of meat because it will take him forever to chew it. Therefore, when I made 豬排, I did it differently.

First, stirfry onion and mushroom.
Then, panfry 拍好,醃好的豬排 in the regular way (大火兩面各1分鐘, 中火兩面各2分鐘)。Cut into smaller pieces.
Finally, put everything in the pot,稍微炒勻。
