牛肉乾

My sister told my mom a way of making the easy 牛肉乾, so I went to buy the ground beef, and my dad made it.
1. 調味牛絞肉,並同一方向攪拌
2. 上下放保鮮膜,把牛肉桿成薄片
3. 350度,10分鐘; 拿出來翻面汁倒掉塗蜂蜜,再10分鐘
4. 冷一點切小就可吃了

Personally, I didn't think that it's like the 牛肉乾 that I used to eat, but it's tasty, not bad!
