Why 雪裡紅? Use 小芥菜 instead
Since Stephen didn't like 醃菜 very much, I never bought 雪裡紅 before; however, it's not good if I can't use 雪裡紅 to 炒年糕。
I used 小芥菜, 切得細細的, 跟 醃好的肉絲炒年糕, 吃起來也和雪裡紅味道差不多。 You may try this healthier way to cook.

有做一缶要給妳,妳不要我帶回家了.
撒了鹽就比較不健康,所以我是用新鮮的小芥菜,味道也差不多。
