花捲 and 餅

One Saturday afternoon, when kids went to Chinese School, I planned to make some bread; however, in the middle of my dough making process(in the bread machine), Stephen needed me to go to the church to be with the kids, so I didn't have enough time for making the bread. The dough was in the machine longer than I planned, but it was actually better. Instead of bread, I made 花捲 and 餅。花捲 is the bigger hit than 餅，and kids like the regular 蔥油餅 better than the 發酵過的蔥餅。
