蘋果、梨子、蒟蒻切小塊,羅漢果剖半,紅棗少許加水煮大約25-30分鐘。熄火稍涼後加入奇亞籽 泡15分鐘左右,奇亞籽是水溶性纖維,不過最好不要經過高溫。我一開始不小心倒了一點奇亞籽進去,是錯誤示範。
