牛蒡去皮,用削皮刀削成絲
裝一鍋水,裡面加醋,牛蒡絲放進去煮滾之後等適合的口感就拿起來泡冷水,擠乾水
調味料麻辣油+甜醬油,加入牛蒡絲、花生、黑芝麻拌勻
