1. 醃turkey是重要的過程, 最好把整隻turkey都泡在醃料裏, 醃料裏要放很多的herbs, eg. rosemary, sage, organo....., and lemons(3), oranges(3), and lots of salt, 這樣才會香。

Sprouts Farmers Market
A week ago, a brother from our fellowship small group brought some watermelons for our snack, and he said that he got them from Sprouts Farmers Market. They were not expensive, sweet and fresh, so I decided to visit Sprouts myself.
It's not an organic market like Wholefood, but it sells both organic and non-organic produces from local farmers. I'm not a big fan for organic food (except for our backyard produce, they are 100% organic), but freshness is a big must. The price at Sprouts is much more buyer-friendly than Wholefood, and the produces are very fresh.
Our family loves to drink fruit juice. We have at least one kind of fresh fruit juice a day. Therefore, I usually buy a lot of fruits every week. After finding Sprouts, I have a good place to buy fruits now!
